How it works: After you place your order, Lauren will reach out within a few days to get more information about your custom order. Once Lauren understands the brief the creative process begins. Once your item is made--well--you get what you get. Lauren will do her best to recreate your vision within her ability and resources, but we're all beholden to the kiln gods at the end of the day...
